To create our new menu, La Griglia’s team collaborated in Houston with Chef Mark Ladner, James Beard Foundation Award winner and two-time Michelin Star recipient. Ladner is best known as the genius behind his restaurant Bar Enza and for his time as the executive chef at New York City’s Del Posto.
“The menu will blend La Griglia signature dishes with new creations featuring simple, uncomplicated ingredients elegantly presented. A significant portion of the exceptional ingredients were sourced from Italy and act as inspiration for the new offerings,” said La Griglia Executive, Brandon Busch.
